We currently have a vacancies for:

Clerical Assistant

Point 3 – 4 (£18,065 – £18,426 – pro rata)

35 hours per week including 5 training days

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as our Clerical Assistant. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to remain positive and calm, whilst juggling a variety of responsibilities and demands.

In addition to this we are looking for someone who;

  • Has excellent and transferable IT skills (a working knowledge of RM finance would be an advantage)
  • Recent experience of working in a primary school office environment
  • Has a welcoming and friendly nature
  • Is self-motivated and sets high standards in their professional conduct
  • Is flexible and willing to adapt to meet the priorities of the school day
  • Enjoys working around children
  • Demonstrable belief in the values and ethos of the school and an enthusiasm for all aspects of school life.
