Teaching Assistant – Level 3

30 hours per week – 5 days a week, term time only plus 5 training days

We wish to appoint a suitably qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant who will work across KS2. You should have a thorough understanding of classroom practice and the skills to work effectively as part of a team.
You should also be eager to extend children’s learning and to make learning fun and exciting.
The successful candidate would set themselves high personal standards and be willing to develop professionally.
Under the guidance of a qualified teacher, the successful candidate will undertake educational activities which assist with teaching, the support of skills and pupil learning, working with individuals, groups of pupils and with whole classes for short periods.

The post is for 30 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 training days.

Visits to the school are welcomed.

Midday Supervisor – Point 3

7 ½ hours per week. 12 noon – 1.30pm Monday – Friday

We wish to appoint practical, cheerful and well-motivated Midday Supervisors to join our friendly lunchtime team. The successful applicants will be required to support pupils in the dining hall and whilst outside on the playground or indoors in wet weather. Experience of working with, or looking after children in the primary age range will be an advantage.
